cura1 Warranty Policy:
All products supplied are guaranteed to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 1 year from time of delivery. Our liability shall be limited to replacement of defective material only. Neither seller nor manufacturer shall be liable for any injury, loss, or damage, direct or consequential, rising out of the use of or the inability to use these products. Before using, user shall determine the suitability of the product for his intended use, user assumes all risk and liability whatsoever in connection therewith.
These conditions contain all the terms and warranties and conditions relative to the purchase of any goods from the Company and of the goods themselves. All other express or implied conditions warranties statements assurances or representations including any warranty as to suitability fitness for any purpose or as to merchantability or any other quality (insofar as the same may be) are hereby expressly negated.
The customer acknowledges and declares that the customer has read these terms and conditions and understands the same, that no warranty or representations have been made to the customer otherwise than herein contained, no warranty assurance promise or representation has been made regarding the quality fitness for use suitability or merchantability of goods for any purpose whatsoever, and that in all things the customer has relied on his own knowledge and judgment.
Pads, Mats and Associated Transmitters
Scope This voluntary policy applies to cura1 pads, mats and associated transmitters expressly supplied with either a 12-month or an 18-month pro-rata warranty. The applicable period is the one specified for each individual product at purchase.
How it works For an eligible product failure arising during normal, intended use, cura1 may provide an equivalent replacement at the customer contribution shown below, subject to assessment. The contribution is calculated as a percentage of the current price ordinarily payable by that customer for an equivalent new product. The elapsed period is measured from the original purchase date supported by proof of purchase.

Example If an eligible 18-month pad fails after 10 months, the customer pays 60% of the applicable replacement price (a 40% reduction).
cura1 bed pads and chair pads are designed specifically for use with the cura1 range of bed and chair monitors.
cura1 accepts no responsibility for the failure of these products to operate reliably if used in conjunction with any other product or in any other application.
cura1 also reserves the right to refuse warranty on any of its products if they are used in an application or manner contrary to that for which they were designed.
