Our smart, economical call point is being improved and will be available early 2020. This emergency call point is optimised for safety and usability, and is ideal for wet areas in hospitals, nursing homes, mental health facilities or wherever there is a risk of falls.

Here are the main changes to our 2558 Wireless Call Button with Pull Cord:

• An integrated reset button. The new 2558 no longer requires a separate reset button to cancel an alarm. With fewer hardware requirements, it's now even easier and more economical to install these wireless call buttons.
• An accessible battery compartment means replacing batteries is as simple as turning the unit over and using a coin to unscrew the battery compartments. 2 x CR2477 (3V Lithium) cells are supplied. The compartments are sealed to protect against moisture ingress to maintain wet area certification.
• IP65 - so you can still install it in the shower, but best not to take it swimming! IP65 is ample protection for wet area usage.

Our new 4024 Wireless Call Buttons with Caregiver Pager replaces the 2580 Wireless Pager Kit. The new 4024 kit boasts a more robust, superior quality build with usability and aesthetic improvements. 

We have also given them stylish and colourful product boxes that makes them suitable for retail environments.

The carton is custom designed with perforations so that it can also function as a convenient retail display that is specially designed to easily fit into popular retail shelving systems as used in chemists, hardware stores and more.

New Soft Cover for ActiveCare Pager - Our 3506 Soft Cover helps protect 3501 ActiveCare Pager against knocks, scratches and falls. The non-slip cover also assists grip when handheld and helps prevent the unit from slipping off tables etc.

Monitor Accessories Now Sold Separately - The 2699 Fixing Strap and the 2742 Soft Cover both come included with your 2700 or 2701 Falls Monitor, however sometimes they may need to be replaced due to excessive ingrained soiling or by being damaged or lost.
